"The room was spotless. Everything was great - the view was spectacular from our room. We loved this hotel. It was close to Ravello Square and also very accessible to the other Amalfi towns. The staff members were excellent. Francesca was warm and friendly. She always had a smile to greet you. Five stars to Hotel Graal! Also, they arranged for a taxi to Napoli for us. The driver, Gino, was excellent. He took his time on the many curvy roads and was a true tour guide. "

"This place is incredible! An amazing cliffside setting with direct access to the emerald water of the Mediterranean. However, because of its setting, there are a lot of stairs (not for those who are out of shape). There are 165 steps down to the accommodation from the main road (staff helped with luggage) and another 300 steps down to the water. Beautiful room, incredible views from every location at the property, wonderful food, fantastic bar service and selection, and the most caring and friendly staff I've encountered! Parking was available and easy to use (Valet). The hotel offers complimentary hourly transportation to downtown Amalfi. Laundry service was efficient (but expensive). Overall, the 5-day stay was simply incredible!"
