Trans Pennine Trail hotel guide. YHA hotel in Trans Pennine Trail, England

It is a lovely property with lots of original Art Deco features. The staff are very friendly and happy to spend time with you.

This hotel has been refurbished recently and is in very good condition. We were lucky to stay in a double room with two double beds, easily big enough for a family of four but there were two of us. As our visit was deemed to be a necessary visit due to Covid restrictions all our meals were taken in our rooms. The limited menu offered something for everyone and the quality of food was excellent, both at breakfast and in the evening. There was a lovely covered patio area to enjoy but the weather...

Our stay was amazing. Food lovely. Staff very attentive. Room very comfortable.

Excellent and comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

I like everything about the property, especially the staff. The morning breakfast was top notch. The staff was helpful, the building was excellent. Honestly, I like everything about the property.

Such lovely friendly staff. It was a short stopover for us but we were so impressed by how lovely and friendly all the staff were whilst remaining totally professional. It was service with a smile in every encounter. Lovely hotel we found by accident but will remember for the future. The public areas are smart and spacious and our room was comfortable and well considered. It’s not often I fell like making the effort to write a review but this hotel really took us by surprise for getting...

Very welcoming. Staff in all areas of the hotel were professional, friendly and helpful. They all appeared to be working together as a team. Very Covid aware, hand sanitizer all around, one way systems and staff ensured masks worn appropriately by guests. Room very clean. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Bar area comfortable and great service. Well done Novotel. Will definitely return to this top hotel right in the heart of the lovely Sheffield.

We arrived to stay overnight at this very well presented hotel lovely and comfortable accommodation with a bar facility and 24 hr reception , Breakfast was served professionally and with quality food. Bonus for my family is the hotel is situated close by to our relatives in ELLAND ,HALIFAX ,so we will be staying again very soon , Hotel staff keep up the good work Very enjoyable stay

The room was equipped with everything one could need & we appreciated the newspaper service. The owner was friendly as were all the staff but not obtrusive no carpet in the bathroom was a bonus !!

Very pleasant stay there for my brothers wedding good sevice nice and friendly staff very helpful

We stayed in room 410, it was a beautiful room, lovely decor & finish, a very good size too. Comfortable bed & bedding, the pillows were far to soft for our liking though. We were slightly dubious about potential noise as the room was next to the lift & across from the kitchen but it was surprisingly quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Jason & Katlyn in particular but all the Marriott Staff were genuinely friendly & attentive. The deluxe room was as depicted & described, with cleanliness levels to be applauded. The Marriott Leeds, I would highly recommended for its central location, the incredible staff, doorstep retail diversity, & global cuisine dinning options all within easy walking distance. We will be booking the Marriott Leeds again for our future visits to City.

Stayed with my husband for our Wedding Anniversary and it was amazing. The Hotel knew this and left us a lovely note and some chocolates in our room for when we arrived, what a lovely surprise. We went to the Spa for a swim and sauna, we almost fell asleep on the beds we were so relaxed.

Friendly / welcoming staff. Clean and comfy room. Would most definitely return.

We love this hotel! Such friendly staff on reception and the concierge. Perfect location, rooms are well equipped and quiet. Love the cocktail bar. Only downside for us was breakfast but now we book room only and eat elsewhere.

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...

Always a clean hotel, great staff and incredible vibes
