"Reception staff and valet parking were exceptional. The room was nice and comfortable. It’s in a perfect location however to see the sights and lots of dining options. The reception was very helpful with dining options available in the area."

"Our room was very tight. There is a bath tub in the room, not in the bathroom, which took a lot of space of the already cramped space. There was a common area right outside our room but since the AC was left off intentional by the hotel, it was too hot to enjoy the space. The breakfast was very basic. Most of the staff was helpful, except for one guy who was pretty rude to us."

"Cute centrally located hotel. Great breakfast and paid street parking very close by."

"Habitación limpísima con un baño enorme, muy agradable.En el centro peatonal de la ciudad,y al lado de todo. Son muy amables con las indicaciones y dan muy buenas recomendaciones, muchas gracias!"

"I booked this hotel because of the really positive guest ratings, so maybe my expectations were too high but I was disappointed. Big picture pros and cons: Pros - cool location; good price; and while not a huge selection, the breakfast is quite good and included in the price. Neutral - parking was easy to find and not too expensive, but we went in October so I don’t know what it’s like in the summer. Cons (2-bedroom specific) - We paid for a room with two bedrooms and three beds, which I had...

"Nice old building with large rooms. Very difficult to park around and tricky, they have alternate side street cleaning with car towing almost every day in different days of the week, watch out! Many details should be improved/renewed for a 4 star hotel: shower head and handle rusted. Elevator in one section not working/under maintenance who knows since when. Kids behind the desk are friendly but quite useless: besides recommending the bad restaurant connected to the hotel, they basically tell...

"The location is good, close to city center and port. The host was very nice and welcoming. The common area is very nice and clean. A few things should be upgraded. It will be best to place a real tv screen instead of a computer screen. The AC had a real hard time to lower the temperature. Good thing it wasn’t so hot. The bed could desperately use a nice mattress top as it felt so hard like sleeping in hardwood. The property is on the third floor with no elevator."

"The room was great! They look a lot bigger in person than in the pictures. Would recommend."
