"Great location, very comfortable, breakfast delivered to our room completely because when we checked in they did not have our reservation and no room available so they put us up next door at SP Hotel for one night. It was a bit frustrating but we could deal with it. The staff here are all very friendly, English is very limited and we can deal with this also as we are in Thailand. Actually we liked this place so well that we extended our stay here by 3 days. "

"Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline) Great place for parents to chill and kids to thrill.
