"As this is the first review of the property we will try and be constructive. The apartment was very clean and everything was new. However the property differed greatly from our expectations. Look carefully at the photos on the website because the outside areas all relate to the large villa. Our apartment overlooked a building site where an old house was being renovated . "I turned up at 7pm and couldn’t get in rang the phone number numerous times and no answer. Had to stay somewhere else in the end. The following day I was txting the owner and he/she said that Expedia were trying to can’t act me to tell me I had to be there before 6. This was a lie and since then I cannot get a refund. Hotels.com are just as bad as they have told they me tried to contact owner but because they can’t get hold of them they’re not pursuing it. I’ve been robbed "
