"We had a thoroughly satisfying stay at Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf. The location is unbeatable—it’s just a quick walk to the Pier and very close to the cable car station.

"This hotel was dated, yet clean, friendly, and functional. My son and I needed somewhere to stay before our early flight out of Oakland and this place was perfect. We liked the quiet location by the marina and the fact that we could walk next door for dinner. We slept well and being close to the airport made our travel day far less stressful with a 6am departure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. "
