"We arrived at the property a little before scheduled check-in (2 hours). The receptionist (Holly) was very friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating. I thought that we would have to wait a long while, but Holly gave us an upgraded room right away and explained all the amenities.
In addition to our room charge, an extra resort fee of $40 per day got us:
Parking on site;
European styled breakfast each morning from 7am to 10am;
Welcome Sangrias;
Wi-Fi;
Chocolate chip cookies each...

"My issue was that a bride and several of her guests checked in to get ready for the wedding. The staff would not allow them to take their own luggage to the room and then they lost it and couldn’t find it to bring it to the room making the bride late for the wedding. Unacceptable."

"Very minimalist hotel. Our room in front was extremely noisy due to constant street traffic as well as fire and ambulance sirens. Didn't get much sleep. A/C leaked water into room. Walk in shower was a nice feature but shower wall with hairs on it was a turn off. We returned to hotel at 11:30 pm and there was nobody around to let us in although we figured out how to access entry from garage.
