"Absolutely brilliant hotel and I love staying here. I stay here quite a lot and the reception, kitchen and maids are the loveliest and most professional people in the hotel industry. Only thing I would say is that the A/C doesn’t really work too well and takes a while for the room to cool down, so it is a little warm in the room for my liking, but that is it.
