"This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. Their staff at the front desk and the dining area are nice and very helpful with smiles. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "The location in Boppard is perfect, right on the river promenade. Being from USA, the hotel was like taking a trip back into history, with all of the modern amenities. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was exceptional. We used the restaurant for breakfast, very large selection; for coffee and cake during midafternoon; and for dinner on our last night. We explored some of the other neighborhood restaurants for some of our meals. Bottom line is if you stay at the Hotel Bellevue to explore the Rhine river you will not be sorry. "
