"Quiet property, outside of the city, is a wonderful place to get away and enjoy some peace and beautiful scenery. Friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful. They were happy to give us recommendations and directions to other places to visit. "

"The description of the property was not at all accurate. The pool was big but was not at all a ”resort pool”. The dishwasher didn’t work, showers didn’t work properly, AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. It wasn’t close to anything. Nothing. No coffee maker or ice maker. Literally 4 plates. It was not well appointed. It was really disappointing. "

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. "TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."

"Shawn at the privilege beach was just an awesome person. Sometimes it was just him, and he never seemed annoyed or bothered by everyone and their requests. He was ALWAYS pleasant. Bobita and Carlene at the premier club were just a joy to work with. I like that they organized the hotel in a way that allowed you to be in one area and enjoy all the amenities.... bowling, virtual gaming, club, ice cream, and dinning. I am a foodie so all inclusive have always been a disappointment, because let's be honest, mass produced food is meh However, I enjoyed most of the food I had here. Had some great fish dishes. I was disappointed that as a privilege member I had to pay additional for lobster. However, I will be back. "
