"Für einen kurzen Trip nach Brüssel ist dieses Hotel definitiv eine gute Option. Es liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Diegem und man ist in etwa 10–15 Minuten in der Innenstad -super praktisch! Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier sowie Pflegeprodukte waren vorhanden und alles in gutem Zustand. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert. Da wir an...

"It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time."

"Modern hotel, licht, schoon, goed bed. Goed ontbijt, veel te kiezen. Gemakkelijk parkeren onder het hotel (€15 per nacht). Op loopafstand van het centrum. Kamer en badkamer waren wel erg klein, maar alles was spik en span. Koffie en thee kan je onbeperkt halen, in de eetzaal."

"Chambre spacieuse, literie de bonne facture, bonne insonorisation, belle vue, salle de bains spacieuse et moderne. Petit bémol niveau réglage de la climatisation. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre (normal vu la disposition et l'orientation de la chambre) mais je n'ai pas réussi à régler la ventilation ce qui fait qu'il a vite fait un peu étouffant dans la chambre."

"The rooms in Pillows Hotel were perfect. The room was spacious enough (especially the bathroom) and the king size bed was so comfortable. The hotel was a few minutes away from the central station and about a 10 minute walk from the Place Royal. Coffee shops as well as restaurants and bars were also within walking distance (even with the current construction)."

"Absolutely lovely hotel, well placed for a 2-3 minute walk into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast at €27 was pretty expensive for what it was, and I was surprised that room service didn't dust the bedroom or make the beds daily, just cleaned the bathroom."
