"Service and amenities have gone down overall. The hotel has made significant cuts in the service, room goods available, heating and breakfast which has been noticed straight away. Very disappointed in the hotel overall!"

"For a quick weekend in and out, the hotel is budget friendly. It’s a great location close to Avenue Louise and easily walkable to a lot of key attractions. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The rooms need better cleaning. The floors are sticky, and the beds were covered in hair and filth."

"Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired. The higher floor rooms are very warm on a sunny day and somehow the AC couldn’t cool it. For sustainability reasons they change sheets every 3 days but for us they didn’t even do that. The bathroom has nothing other than a body wash and shampoo. Breakfast is ok. However, the staff are very helping and courteous."

"Very practical hotel, has everything you need. But the basics. Very clean and well cared for. Easy to access train stations and metro. Choose courtyard room if you prefer more quiet. No mini fridge in room was a disappointment for me. "

"It was good for a short stay and the room was comfortableand clean, only thing I will say is the location wasn't the best for someone visiting Brussels for the first time although it was conveniently close to the Midi train station, it was not the most central. The price was good for that though "
