"We chose those hotel simply due to free shuttle. Way there was great. On the way back somehow we missed the shuttle twice while standing in the place directed by hotel staff? When my family finally boarded the transit they talked negatively about me through the radio, complaining about us calling more than once. We waited 53 minutes from our first call. "Place wasn't clean, it makes you feel very uncomfortable and you risk your health. On top of that, I have never received back the $52 security deposit, without any damages reported of course. Avoid this place, is a huge risk for your health and your money!!"

"Room in need of updating. Door wouldn’t open all the way due to an issue with the floor. Cracks in ceiling. Bed was squeaky and lumpy. Small tv with just a few channels. Just overall run-down appearance. Restaurant service was good but the burger was terrible. Just a plain, gray, frozen patty with no seasoning. Disappointing overall experience."

"We planned the booking for the pool but it was cold, the floors were slimey, the water was foggy and the hot tub was out of order. My granddaughter was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have booked had I I is that the pool was in that condition. The room was ok but very noisy with the pool there. The one gentleman in the evening was very nice"
