"Sheets and bedding dirty. Stained. Lots of ants in the bathroom. Table nasty. Front door disgusting. Hair dryer didn’t work. Sink and shower hear rusty and moldy. It used to be a great place but it’s slowing getting used, not kept up. Gross"

"Just needed a place to stay close to the airport and via rail station. Convenient for both. Comfortable bed and able to use the mini fridge to store foods needed for the next day. I didn’t leave the property as I arrived around 9pm and left by 6am. Wasn’t able to check out their breakfast"

"Lit très confortable, très propre et chic. Mon seul conseil ,se passe à la piscine.....l'eau est très brouillé, la grande vitre,vers le gym était sale d'eau sèche dessus. Le contour du SPA est blanchit par l'eau salé, qui déborde autour du SPA avec la marche pour monter. Mon commentaire se veut constructif, c'est un excellent endroit quand visite mon fils et mes petits enfants Espérant ce seul détail, améliore le tout SUPER Merci"

"The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was nice and had good variety. The hotel is next to the highway so is very accessible. The staff was very friendly and they cared about our well being. They recommended different places to go to."

"L’hôtel est propre et le petit déjeuner inclus est un must. Cependant, les chambres, même si très propres, auraient avantage à être rénovées pour enlever le tapis et actualiser les salles de bain. Nous ne retrouvons dans le bain qu’une pomme de douche au mur et celle ci ne dirige pas vraiment bien l’eau. Une douchette à main devrait être ajoutée."

"Everything was fine, with one exception. The shuttle driver made me anxious on the journey to the airport. He constantly looked like he was about to go over the middle line on the road. He drove much too close to the yellow line. Everytime a vehicle approached in the oncoming lane I felt anxiety. This was not very courteous on his part as an employee of Holiday Inn. It also appeared that he could not speak English, and made no effort to communicate in French. He could do with a crash course in...

"Breakfast and laundry was excellent "

"Didn’t really use the facilities as we were only there one night passing through. However dinner was excellent. Lovely bar and restaurant. The room was good but unfortunately we were at the front next to a busy NOISY motorway. We did raise the issue but the hotel was full so couldn’t move rooms. Nice grounds and convenient for the motorway but I wouldn’t want to stay there more than one night or 2 as not much in the area. Very much an out of town industrial area. But nice by the lake."

Point négatif: Déjeuné ferme à 9h30 et autre point j'avais déjà payé mon hotel avec expédia 275$ tx et frais inclu et l'hôtel m'avait recharger 400$ pour la chambre lorsqu'ils ont pris les frais de dépôt de 300$ au check in sans me le dire. Je me suis apperçu de tout cela avant le check out, mais je crois que c'est dû au rodage des nouveaux employé et de la façon de faire. J'ai été remboursé le lendemain! Surveillez vous la...
