"This was the worst hotel stay ever. We did not stay for our entire booking. We ended up switching rooms three times all of the rooms were filthy and had bugs. When the third room had bugs I took one of the bugs to the front desk and they said " oh ya that's Silverfish " are you kidding me? they let people stay knowing there are these bugs? I think that is outrageous. If they somehow get in my stuff I could bring them to my house and that is a problem I do not need. We left the property that morning and had to go somewhere else. I am still so angry that they put us at risk. We had to go through ever item of clothing and bag before we took them in our house. We have been coming to this hotel for 3 years but we will never be back. You should NEVER put people at risk like that."
