"Nice property in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains. This a is a converted old building, with a modern touch. Comfortable room with a nice, large bathroom. Perfect for our quick stay. Note- there is no elevator/lift, but staff was helpful bringing luggage up and down the stairs. We enjoyed our stay."

"There is a dreadful smell of raw sewage in the car park. There was a dead pigeon there when we stayed too - nobody cleaned it away for the five days of our visit. The entire lobby stinks of chlorine coming from the spa. The cleaners tried to clean our room at 8.30am, in what must be categorised as a holiday, not a business, hotel. But far, far worse than all of this was the bed. It was basically a plank. So hard that both my wife and I could barely sleep, and I was hobbling around with back...
