"The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. The front automatic door was inoperable and I had to assist an elderly man in walking into the building while the front desk person just stood there. I would stay here again but I sure...

"No fan in bathroom, light above sink didn’t work, towel rack above toilet fell into toilet holding one of our towels rooms are not quiet 5 boys played ball outside the entrance at 9pm loudly. For about 30 minutes. I could hear the neighbors tv well enough to understand it. Eggs were different. Maybe instant. Grandkids loved the waffles. Parking close. Trolley to transport luggage. Very helpful. "

"Very friendly staff. We had several issues we needed addressed and they were prompt in giving help even late at night and early in the morning. Comfortable and safe. I do wish they'd revamp how their breakfast room is set up. Accessing the food was a circus and stressful. And more options would have been nice. "

"The office chair was broken one of the wheels was missing and had dried paint on the chair. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall on both sides."

"Great option in Pasco! Just 15 min away from the action, very nice neighborhood, close to the park. The hotel was very clean, breakfast - tasty with different options. I was surprised to see the dishwasher and a stove and a decent-sized fridge in our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend! The only thing is of you're a light sleeper, request a room further away from the big road or wear ear plugs because you can kinda hear the traffic from the major road."
