"I want to start by saying the staff was wonderful and helpful! We stayed here 2 years ago & had a great experience so we decided to stay again. Within an hour of being in our room, we saw a roach. We killed it and decided it was probably just a fluke and didn’t want to say anything to staff. "The lady at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. The property is under renovation after its over I'm sure it will be a huge improvement. My heart goes out to the eldmerly that live on site. If you have parents there please go get them it's not good they live their last years there. No hair dryer,no ice bucket or cups, no coffee pot just the bare minimum 2 towel and washcloths. Microwave and fridge though. No telephone either. I'll come by to see the finished product. It...
