"We had a wonderful stay. The proximity to the Applebe's was very convenient after a long day of driving. We were disappointed that the hot tub was being serviced on the morning before we checked out. There also weren't any towels at the pool for us to dry off with. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. The staff were extra friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Loved the eggs, waffles, and biscuits the best. "

"We found the breakfast to be decent, the hot tub and pool were great, the staff was friendly and nice, although the room could have been cleaner and our room had a slight musty smell, but overall it was a great experience."

"No pillows on the bed when we got to our room. After getting our pillows (3 flat pillows) we looked at our room. It looked like they were doing maintenance to the room and needed a good cleaning. Other guests checked in about midnight and spent 45 mins swearing and yelling because their room was upstairs. I tried to call the front desk but no phone in room. "It was super quiet and for that - a nice retreat. Amenities are far away so guests will need to have everything with, otherwise a drive for such could be 10+ miles. No frills at all, but quiet and affordable"
