"Lovely hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
The only negative was that we were told that only 1 dog per room upon our arrival, but they would make an exception for us. There was nothing on the website that indicated 1 dog only."

"This boutique hotel was everything and more! The most amazing and attentive customer service from the staff, a very clean room, and wonderful amenities.
The staff went above and beyond before I arrived by asking me of my allergies and any dietary restrictions.
My flight was late and the hotel messaged me to make sure I was ok. They were so attentive and made sure I was fine. It made me feel valued as a guest.
The staff reconfirmed my allergies and restrictions for breakfast. Everyone...

"We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. Thank you all. "

"Amazing place! We will be back. The design, location, breakfast and comfort were all amazing! Each room and space in the entir hotel has a well thought out design. So many things to digest and indulge in. Everyone at the hotel was intent on making our stay great each day. Its a very small hotel with a ginormous personality. We loved every minute there."
