"I loved everything about the property. Its location is good, easily accessible to several parts of the city. It’s also close to the river and the park. So beautiful to take walks there anytime.
The staff was also good, I requested for a late check out and they made it work for.

Minutes delay in access on a hot day with luggage after a long journey prevented 5 stars. Be prepared for the electronic keys as not being the best at tech was a little concerning! I thought I was prepared but downloaded the wrong unloc app in advance! A direct link was provided at check in. Perhaps sending this earlier would be helpful. it was unfortunate that the road outside had suffered major environmental damage days earlier so we had major road...

"This is an outstanding hotel - in all aspects, including staff, amenities, spa, and, perhaps most importantly, location. We had a wonderful view of the Oslo harbor and a marina from our room. We were a short walk away from many restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots. At the same time, we also only a short walk to the center of Oslo and its sights. Fantastic!"
