"It was perfect for me who was solo travelling nice breakfast rooms was comfy and the staff was sooo friendly I will be returning too, also location was good to get around by foot or uber….only downfall is I wish the gym had more equipment. But everything else was great for me."

"Booked a city view room with a higher room charge for my friend, but got a non-city view room when checked in. My friend did not like to argue so I called the front desk about this, but the front desk person just hanged up on me after I told them that the room they offered was not a city view room. Later on, they did not pick up any of my phone calls at all. It was only 7pm. Extremely bad service there!"

"Beautiful, historic property with great amenities!! You especially will want to take advantage of the gym and fitness facilities including sauna, cold plunge etc. The restaurants and bars are great too, and you can walk to a bunch of other nearby spots too."

"Hotel is great, awesome restaurant options in the hotel as well for breakfast and dinner. We also did the robot massage they have on-site which was pretty cool. Street is loud outside (no fault of the hotel) so request a higher room or bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper."

"Originally, we were supposed to stay at the motel 6 of monterey park, but that whole experience was something of a nightmere. This hotel was a completely different experience. The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. Parking was great. But the best part was the staff. From check in to check out the staff was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. Gave us some ideas of what to do in the area. We will be back for sure!"

"The room was so small!!! Thank god we didn’t have our kids. No closet or space in the bathroom for my makeup and hair products. T.V was small also, my husband could only see half of it from the couch."

"The bartender or restaurant waitress at 6:00 AM week of 6/20/26 dated Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday , lady whit black hair no hospitality skills at all never smile never good morning never nothing she was most concentrating on her cell phone every morning i came down to get coffee before I used the gym room every day I checked out 6/24/26 6:am the front desk gentleman only one at that time.
