The entire staff was made up of warm, friendly, and helpful people. The location could not be better, set on the Ahr River and the gorgeous town full of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel's restaurant and bar were excellent, as was the included breakfast. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel!"
