"When we vacationed in Newport, Rhode Island (July 2026) we stayed at the Town and Tide Inn for three days. The Inn, with only 12 rooms, was quiet and personal. The innkeepers were delightful and wonderful at making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are spaciously clean and beautifully appointed with a cottage beach vibe. "Great location. Great room for a family of 4. We stayed with our kids in a suite (located in building 2), and it was perfect. This room is not fancy but each room had a tv, a nice king bed, perfectly working AC and a bathroom to share. The room even had a mini fridge, microwave and little sink outside the bathroom.
