"The room was outdated and a little dirty. They did not offer airport transportation unless you booked 24 hours in advance. I had to rent an Uber there and back to the airport to get a rental car. If you need something quick for a short period of time okay but for a long stay it would be a no for me."

"We came from Michigan for a concert and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!"

"We stayed in an accessible room. The carpet was very shabby and had large stains. The shower curtain did not contain the water when one took a shower and the floor was covered in water. Staff claimed that it couldn't be helped because of wheel chair access. This room, did not have wheelchair access, just the grab bars around the tub!"

"The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. "Room was clean, bed was comfortable, lots of channels on TV and the cost was reasonable."

"The room was filthy, blood stains on bathroom wall and shower, as well as random hairs. The shower curtain had a hole in it. The pillows were lumpy and hard. The furniture was scratched and several drawers were broken. The AC didn't cool the room and it wasn't even very warm outside (80s). It was gross to say the least."
