"I arrived at 1am, after an unexpectedly long travel day. Coming from Florida, it was actually 4am to my body. The front desk agent was wonderful and proactively had me book a shuttle to the cruise port the next day. I stayed on the 6th floor which was undergoing work to replace wallpaper in the hall. While it looked mid-construction, my room itself was nice. A sign by the elevator said work would start at 9am. However, workers were spackling the wall outside my room, while they chatted back & forth, by 8:20. I really, really, really needed that lost 40 minutes!!"

"Great location and awesome front desk staff. Loved the water in the lobby and the coffee until noon. If you are leaving at checkout time (11 am) and are in a hurry, I recommend leaving early. The elevator is small and we were on the 3rd floor. Four full elevators passed us by. We finally took our luggage down the stairs ourselves. This is certainly not the property’s fault. Just a note for future travelers."

"The list of things that were bad is fairly long. 1. The air conditioning didn't work and I was told they were "in the process" of changing over from heating to air conditioning. 2. We did not have hot water in the shower. 3. It was LOUD. There was construction outside starting at 4 am and because we had to have the window open to try not to sweat to death we were awake from 4 am on. 4. Only one elevator worked. 5. The front staff was unhelpful. I asked where the stairs were and, honest to god, she said she didn't know. We left early it was so bad. 6. The room was TINY. I'm only 5'2" and I had to kind of duck to get around the end of the bed to avoid hitting the TV. 7. The internet wasn't consistent and so the TV wouldn't work. The only positive I can say is that the bed was comfortable. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE."
