"Room was clean, but they do not clean everyday up to 4 days at a go. One has to remind them at reception if they would prefer the room to be cleaned the next day. Although this was explained at the time of check-in, this is an extra step and not really optimal for a decent hotel."

"The Wien airport is great. You can have a drink sitting outside of NH hotel bar directly across the terminal. Unlike all the US airport hotels. It’s leisurely walkable around the hotel to hang out. The location made easy for me to catch an early international flight with more hours of sleep Highly recommended this Marriott location."

"Very close to the U4 and U6 lines so very easy to get into the city. Breakfast was great with lots of options. New waffle machines were fun and learnt how to use them pretty quick and saw lots of people end up with waffles stuck in them! Downside to the rooms were the doors slamming. Not sure if it was other travellers or the cleaning staff, at times it was a door slam every 6 seconds at around 10am for 3.5 minutes. Staff were amazing. Skipping the room clean for a free drink was a nice bonus!"

"Voor een bezoek aan Austria Center Vienna uitstekende ligging. Verder weinig voorzieningen in directe omgeving. Metrostation lijn U1 naar binnenstad op 10 min lopen. Compacte maar goed doordachte kamer. Vriendelijk personeel."

"Very cheap rooms. Very uncomfortable. No closets, no night stand, not a single lamp or light in the room above eye height, very dark at night. Open place to hang clothes, that's it. This is ABSOLUTELY not a 4-star hotel. The room is 2-star level. Location is very subpar also - too far from center of town. Breakfast is OK. Some in the staff are very unhelpful - our AC didn't work for a full day (it was so uncomfortable), yet they first refused to do change our room when they couldn't fix it. Only...

"The biggest issue was the room comfort. The air conditioning was ineffective and the room felt hot and stuffy throughout our stay. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and unsupportive. A comfortable room and a good night’s sleep are important when traveling, and unfortunately this hotel fell short in those areas."

The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. It was extremely cold, around 18°C, and completely uncomfortable. "Zum zweiten Mal im Jaz in the City und beide Male waren wir sehr begeistert. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei der zweiten Anreise konnten wir ca. 1,5 Stunden früher ins Zimmer, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Diesmal hatten wir Frühstück mit dabei. Dieses war sehr reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Eigentlich für jeden was dabei. Auch für Veganer geeignet. Sehr Zentral gelegen und eigentlich sehr viel fußläufig zu erreichen. Und die U-Bahn ist auch in der Nähe. Wir werden...

"Location was great. Station was very close. Shops were right behind the hotel. Huge hotel so long walks from reception to room (depending on which rom you get). Weird thing was no body wash in the shower area. Only shampoo. No conditioner also. Toiletries were not the way I expected at a Park Hotel. Other than this, all was good."
