Lovely stay

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. The only problem we had was we used the parking service for the garage opposite and even though we paid, we got a fine, as we should have had a parking permit from the hotel, which the hotel didn't even know about. So don't use apcoa when you park up there. Otherwise the location is beautiful right near the canal and the food was really good in the restaurant.

Die Unterkunft war etwas älter und der Zugang zur Sauna war etwas holprig (kam als Frau nicht hinein, Männer hingegen schon), aber das Frühstück und die Damen an der Rezeption waren freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Bra hotellrum och bra sängar, men dagar som dessa när det är varmt så uppskattar jag inte att golvvärmen i badrummet inte går att stänga av eller att det inte var möjligt att duscha kallt. Vattentemperaturen var begränsad till ljummet som lägst.

Superbra läge. Vi bodde bara en natt. Det var tyvärr alldeles för varmt på rummet och i vårt badrum var det stopp i avloppet som man borde ha upptäckt vid städ.

Veldig hard pute i forhold til mitt ønske. Fikk rom i kjelleren med gateutsikt, sov med vinduene åpne på grunn av varme og dårlig luft. Våknet flere ganger av folk som snakket i telefonen, pluss at det sto folk rett utenfor vinduet som sto åpent og tittet inn på oss som sov. Sov dårlig på grunn av opplevelsen angående dette. Frokosten kunne det fint vært fylt på oftere. Mye folk og kanskje ikke helt forberedt personalet.

Bäst hotellet i Trollhättan

Incheckningen var en mardröm. Många rum var inte klara för många gäster kl 16 = incheckningstid, det var en kö av gäster med klagomål när vi kom, efter en lång stund erbjöds några en fri dryck (skulle ha erbjudits alla direkt, som standard när rum med så sen incheck som kl 16 inte var klara). Många turer när vårt rum inte uppfyllde specifikationerna, incheck tog totalt en timma. Men personalen vänlig och gjorde så gott de kunde under omständigheterna. Rummet jättefint till slut, bra i de flesta avseenden. Sparsamt med krokar, ingen garderob, få avställningsytor, inget jylskåp (som utlovats)...men trots allt ok. Varmt i rummet o svårt att få ner temperaturen - men pågående värmeblja med 30 graders värme så fullt förklarigt. Stor trängsel vid frukost redan från start - men hotellet var fullbelagt så också förståeligt. Frukost standard, helt ok. Trångt i hissarna - förstås! Hotellets läge är suveränt, utsikten mot kanalen jättefin. Personalen i receptionen mycket hjälpsamma o vänliga. Total sett var detta ändå en mycket bra hotellupplevelse trots synpunkterna ovan - troligen är detta bästa hotellalternativet i Trolllhättan (har prövat några andra tidigare)

Trevligt och prisvärt

Fint läge, prisvärt, Fräscht i alla lokaler och rum, personliga detaljer (ex godis och lappar vid ankomst) och bra service speciellt i receptionen. Frukosten var helt okej och i scandic standard. Svårt att få kallt i rummet på natten, men stor fläkt fanns och hjälpte till att kyla ned okej.

Mangler ved morgenmad

Søndag var morgenmaden fin, men mandag morgen var vi ikke tilfredse. Der er 2 kaffeautomater - den ene virkede slet ikke og ved den anden, kunne man kun få alm. kaffe. Der var stillet mælk i karton frem, men de var tomme. Derudover manglede der forskelligt brød og bestik og de scrambled eggs var MEGET flydende.
