"Got a pretty great room that was bigger (Family room) and all the amenities were nice. We missed a view of the town, mountains and water- we could only see the interior of hotel. Next time I will definitely ask for a sliver of a view and pay for it. We just were not aware of the layout of this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and the front desk employees very nice and helpful. Thank you!"

Check in and out, we had to wait quite long for someone to be there esp check out where there was only one person at peak period of 11 am ? They should have a check out drop keys box.
