A little gem in Trondheim

We had a excellent stay. The location was fantastic- right on the water and a quick walk to The Hurtigruten Terminal. The room was very clean and a good size. Good coffee and croissants in the morning.

Basic hotel with no breakfast

Advertised with breakfast and parking. Breakfast is a take out box with a bread roll they call Ciabata, apple and coffee. Was expecting a full breakfast with eggs etc. ended up with a vegetarian roll (I don't eat ham). And a coffee from an earn. Good coffee is extra. Beware the parking offered is appx $14 more per day. Free at night until 8am. Rooms are average for Norway. Very small for N.America. difficult hotel to access.

Six day business stay (basic but good value)

The hotel worked out well for my stay in Trondheim. There was a lot happening in Trondheim when I booked so there was nnot much available. However this place was relatively inexpensive and was available. The room was very basic and didn't have some things like you would expected in a standard hotel (such as a wardrobe or safe). However, for the price, this is potentially what you would expect. You could get food and drink for breakfast and lunch there - however there was plenty of places in Trondheim where you could get breakfast and lunch so this was not a problem for me. The room was comfortable and I didn't hear any noise from the trains. One note: if you want you room to be cleaned, make sure you inform reception when you would like it done otherwise they will not do it.
