Fun little place to stay. Beds were a little hard but worked for the night. Everything was clean inside. The grounds are bad though. There are stickers and weeds everywhere. My grandson got tons of stickers in his favorite blanket and we will have to throw it away. The blanket cost as much as a night stay. Pretty sad kid. A bit of weed maintenance and yard work would make this a great place to stay.

The towels had yellow stains and looked very dirty. There was no cell phone reception at all, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I reported the issue to the front desk, and although it improved for less than an hour, the Wi-Fi stopped working again shortly afterward. On top of that, the mattress was in terrible condition. It made loud squeaking noises with every movement, so if you got up during the night, you would immediately wake up your roommate. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. Reception girl is very friendly though.

The cabins are small, cheap and not well maintained. The AC unit was as loud as a lawnmower and made concerning banging noises every time it cycled off, and there were beams of light streaming through the cracks between the AC unit and the wall. For whatever reason the radiator in the bathroom was on high when we got there, so the bathroom was even hotter than the 95 degrees outside. The batteries in the TV remote were corroded, the bedding and towels had stains/marks/holes, and the floor could have used a mop. None of these are dealbreakers if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, but this place wasn’t cheap. I paid probably 2x what I should have.

Cute, clean cabin in a quiet & convenient location. Gas station with supplies and snacks right across the street. Restaurant has great breakfast.

This little cabin was good overall. Clean location, I felt safe. I really wish I looked at site location in comparison to the town of Bryce Canyon. This little town is at the bottom, which means you have to make a 15 minute uphill drive to get to the actual town center. I wish this were advertised. I would have just gotten a hotel in town so I didn’t have to drive so much. But otherwise, the cabin is good. The fridge quite literally froze all of my food I brought, despite turning the dial down to ‘minimum’. This forced me to get pizza across the street both nights because I couldn’t eat my actual food I brought. The showers are teeny tiny, but the water was hot as soon as it was turned on. I saw deer right outside my cabin the first evening, that was cool. There’s a gas station with shopping right across the street, and another bigger store next to the pizza shop where you can find anything you might need. The pizza was excellent. My biggest issue: the WiFi does NOT work. I had zero reception in my cabin the entire time. I had to go across the street to use the pizza shop WiFi to get my phone to work so I could reach out to family and friends. But if you’re looking to go somewhere with no reception to get away, this is your place.

The property is accessible to nearby restaurant, grocery, etc. The check in area is not within the facility but across the road. It's a bit confusing. The biggest downer is the wifi accessibility. There was none 😞
