"Wonderful couple of nights spent here. Comfortable beds, nice selection of teas, coffees and water in the room with the added bonus of a wee caramel log. Cooked Breakfast was out of this world. Slightly on the pricey side but well worth it for the quality of ingredients used and there’s also a free continental breakfast if the cooked options aren’t to your liking. Also, shout out to the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"It was really difficult to unlock and open the doors, the locks were loose and the door handles were coming off. When we arrived and went into the bathroom there was a roll of toilet paper with poop on it. I went out to the hall and was able to find an open closet with toilet paper, but that was really gross to come into a room and see that. The television in one of our rooms did not work. The toilet in the other room would not flush. There was two minutes of warm water in the shower before...
"Rooms were nice and clean with a nice feel of new and old bits and pieces which we liked. Staff (Calum) family run hotel was lovely very helpful on any knowledge about Callander what to do and see and always had time for a blether. Breakfast was lovely and tasty both mornings, nothing was a problem and went that extra mile to make the stay a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. 3 Adults in adjoining rooms."
