"Good hotel. i had several issues on contacting property. calling hotel several times, and speakign english, telephone was dropped 3 times in a row :( had to reach call center of all Jufa hotels to leave my request on late check in. 1 iron and 1 iron board for all hotel :( breakfast quality is average. ..."

"Great Staff!! Check-in was easy and helpful. The restaurant service was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was good. The only downside side was that the sauna area was only open from 5pm-9pm."

Such a bad experience never again
"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ..."
