"First, the sign is in the woods. Second, does not look at all like the picture. The gentleman checking us in really had no clue what he was doing and gave no information. The hallways are filthy. The room was okay sheets are old bed not comfortable. Very outdated feeling. Water pressure in shower pathetic and hot water was okay for one shower but not two. The shuttle to airport was great. Let’s hope they come get us when we land!"

"We stayed one night. It was a very easy check-in and out. Both individuals at the desk were pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and immaculately clean. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. If in the area again in the future, we would be happy to stay at the Maple Terrace Motel."

"I would have given this place 5 stars bc the hotel was beautiful inside & out however upon first entering it had an eerie vibe especially bc we were not even acknowledged for a couple of minutes by the 2 male staff behind the desk. They made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and that I we were a nuisance."

"Probably the nicest Comfort hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Lovely new remodeled bathroom, spacious room and continental breakfast. Was busy due to it being graduation weekend in May but never felt overrun with people. Lobby area had a huge fireplace that probably is awesome in those cold Albany winters!"
