"Really didn’t like the cleaning the rooms every other day policy. Meant no fresh bar soap, towels, coffee and tea on the second day and coming back to an unmade bed. Also miss the nice warm cookies at check in, which we were told is no longer provided at Hilton Inns."

"When traveling in the US we usually stay at the Fairfield inn or Marriott, this property is older and needs update, the staff is very nice and helpful. The Room was OK but not exceptional, the beds were not as comfortable as they usually are in the newer and better kept Fairfield Inn, you could feel the springs. The breakfast was not really appetizing, there would be room to improve, it should not be so hard to provide a good, decent breakfast. Cleanliness of the bathrooms need improvement...

"The room was disgusting. The tub was dirty, sheets barely covering the lumpy and squeaky mattress, the curtains were stained and dusty and the couch / sofa bed was covered in stains. We always stay at Hampton Inns and this was no where near the quality we have come to expect from Hilton. How this place has such a high rating on Expedia is a mystery. It’s in desperate need of an update and was hands down, the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. If I could give this place zero stars I would."

"New hotel, large, clean rooms that were well appointed. Good quality food at small restaurant/bar near the front desk area of the hotel. 24/7 shuttle service to airport was excellent and on time as well."

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....

"The hotel was quiet, even with kids staying on our floor. The staff friendly and professional. My husband loved the high def television. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Parking was very convenient and easy to deal with. It was a good stay. We will definitely stay here again when in town."
