Hotel Pantai di Trsteno

"The area is nice. Its a village outside Dubrovnik about 35 minutes away by bus from the Old City. Its close to the beach. There's 1 grocery store and 1 restaurant that only serve during supper and needed advance reservation . The caretaker does not speak English at all. You need a goggle translator. The towels were crunchy Bring soap and conditioner as its not provided. It would be nice for the host to give some overview of the area . We felt that they don't care at all every time we ask them....

"We arrived at Soleil Luxury Rooms after midnight. We let our host know that we would be arriving late and she provided us with all of the instructions needed to access the room. Our driver dropped us at the Buza Gate and we had to walk down a lot of stairs to get to our room. Even though it is a much longer walk, I recommend using the Ploce Gate as the stairs are very limited. Once in the room, it was spacious and private. "立地条件は最高。ビーチに近く、地域も小綺麗。他方、駐車場からホテルのレセプションまでの道順は極めて分かりにくい。事前にメールなどで道順を教えて欲しかった。また、電話での照会に対する説明も丁寧さに欠ける。 ホテルは清潔だが、値段の割に飲み水の提供がない、ヘアドライヤーがないなどの配慮が足りないと感じた。"
