"There was no street light going to the hotel in the evening too dangerous for taxi driver and customers. Hotel to old bathroom and shower there was mold , not enough hot water water, pressure toi weak . Way to loud music , , the carpet in the room to old , smelly, the bathroom and room has a disgusting drainage smell . Not coming back to this hotel . Not recommended to anyone looking for a relax , peace , quiet , and clean hotel to get away for vacation. "

"Initially very impressed because of the effort put into our room arrival on honeymoon. Transport from reception to Villa was good but limited shuttle to town. The room was huge but nothing much in it, lighting was too bright only one bed stand and lamp. The bed was split in the middle and was uncomfortable. Breakfast choice was good but at 9 am most things were cold, one day coffee was really cold."

"If you are coming to Da Lat for a countryside experience , get the bus and stay here. It has a balcony, seats and if you’re lucky, a good sunset. Very easy access to the cable car and the spectacular views from Anna’s coffee house and Thom pizza"

"The hotel and staff were very nice. There were beautiful views of the hilly landscape from all the windows. The only downside is that the hotel is pretty far away from restaurants and amenities. That being said, there are a small number of eateries in the area, and a pharmacy and shop very close by. The hotel itself does not offer any dining aside from breakfast. The breakfast, however, was very good. "

"The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue. "

"Vi nød virkelig vores ophold på the Luxe hotel, og det levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger! Udsigten og værelset var præcis som på billederne. Personalet var super søde, hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Det eneste lillebitte minus var at vi selv måtte henvende os i receptionen for at få mere toiletpapir, men ellers var det helt fantastisk. "

As for the building and room itself, there were a few issues. The floor in the room had several broken pieces that we needed to cover up so they wouldn’t hurt/cut our feet, plus there was a very soft spot by the sliding doors. "Older boutique hotel in a convenient location in DaLat. It was quite cool, but not uncomfortable when i visited. No thermostat in the room; then I noticed there’s no HVAC registers either. Floor fan provided for hot days. I slept warm enough with the comforter provided. There was a fire place in the lobby, but that has probably been used last prior to 1954.
