Loved our stay. Very up to spec property, very clean with friendly staff at the reception. Our unit came with ski locker on the 1st floor - great feature don't need to carry and store skis in the unit. Very close to gondola.

Very nice stay at the property. Very comfortable 3br suite with everything you need, a lot of space and a feel like you are at home away from home. Not much to do here in the summer, even Starbucks was closed, but we had a good time, enjoyed the weather and nice quiet vacation with the family.

The key would not work on our last day of stay, had to call the customer service at night let fix the problem, security arrived within 15 mins, had to wait outside. The air conditioning was not working, couldn’t figure out how to set the Nest system.

Awesome condo!

Great ski in ski out accommodations with excellent service by the staff. garage parking included along with ski lockers -convenient and needed given there is a lack of public parking. Excellent - we will return.

Best place to stay in Truckee

Beautiful in Truckee and this time of year is off season so we had the whole resort to ourselves. Pool, jacuzzi and the 1 restaurant that was open were empty. It was so nice and relaxing.

I stayed during shoulder season to intentionally avoid humanity, and boy did it work! I felt like I had this place to myself, yet everything was pristine and welcoming. My accommodations were ready early, and the staff was very kind. I look forward to returning <3

Rooms are very old school looking inside. Night stands and kitchen area dirty and dusty. Would not stay here again.

great hotel for a family

really beautiful condo....modern granite stainless steel kitchen...tasteful furnishings. very spacious condo for 3 of us...we stayed at Iron Horse lodge. no maid service or trash pickup..only criticism. we got a great rate so we didnt care....the village was virtually empty this time of year in october...but enough restaurants open to meet our needs. great gourmet pizza parlor btw. we were there for mountain biking. would definitely return.

East west Hospitality is a great place to stay and relax. There are ample activities in and around. We arrived on a Sunday and stayed until Wednesday. Tuesday and Wednesday were quiet since most in resort activities were closed (depends on what season). This is the best time to just relax and stay indoors or be out biking or exploring Kings beach or Sand harbor. The hotel, shops and surroundings are clean and well maintained. We only had a glitch on check out day as our room keys were inactivated early so I had to go to the office which opened at 9 am to re activate a key. The free bottle of wine with a personal card as a Expedia VIP access resort was a nice touch. Planning our next trip back!

Unbelievably disappointed. The property is beautiful yet the kitchen is poorly stocked for those who intend to cook any meals. Our experience would have been much better had the owner of the unit we rented for Labor Day weekend not come into the unit in the middle of the night. To our surprise the unit wasn’t supposed to be rented and we woke to the owner coming into the unit. She had driven from SF and as she entered the property screamed when she saw us inside. I know errors happen but after I reached out to East West partners via email, there was no response. Dissatisfied to say the least.

The room we had was very close to the Gondola (30 secs) and the door to the apartment was literally at the end of the village run which was excellent and stress free for a family that ski at different times and if someone wants to pop back for lunch. Apartment was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately the town is a shadow of what it once was. . There was very little atmosphere and very little Apres Ski action. Many shops are closed and very little buzz. The room more than made up for that though and we made our own fun. Biggest dissaatisfier was checkin and check out times. Check-in at 5pm and checkout at 10am. Although we managed to check-in slightly early at 2pm the checkout is far too early, i struggle to believe that the cleaners need everyone to checkout that early. Even though i am a Expedia VIP guest it did not afford me any preference. I really think 11am should be sufficient time to turn a room around for the next guest.
