"The carpet in the room was torn and dirty. Bath sink wouldn’t drain and towel rack fell off wall. There was an iron no ironing board hanging on hanger the information binder had important pages missing Very unhappy after paying so much for the room. Will not return"

"It is in a great location but as others have said, it’s a mildly spiffed up old motel; the walls are very thin and the floor reverberates a lot. Even with quiet neighbors on the top floor there was a good amount of thumping noise from people moving around normally. Our stay turned out fine but it could have been pretty bad with the wrong neighbors. The free coffee is good, the staff are friendly. We stayed in this building in its prior ownership and I felt like noise was less, maybe they had...

"Pool wasn’t working"

"We arrived at 6pm for check in(which was at 5). There was no one in the office and the number for the hotel was not responding. Finally we get in contact with an employee who forgot to leave our keys for pick up. We waited an hour for her to drive back and not be apologetic. Great room and the house keeper was amazing. We needed her help because we went to check out @8. There was once again, no one in their office and they were not picking up their phone. Fine their hours say they start at 9....
