I never had this terrible customer service. The room wasnt ready. When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that. Because he asked for hot water, they answered: we dont offer sauna.The breakfast is at 5th floor and NO ELEVATOR. I always stay at Costa Del Sol, but they were full. Costa del Sol is highly recommended. I can’t recommend to anyone Hotel Central. Worse service ever in Trujillo.

Booked Hotel room and never got into it

I booked this Hotel through Expedia while being in Trujillo Peru, at time of my arrival to the hotel for a triple room with 2 senior citizen and myself and carrying all of our bags the staff apologized saying they dont have any rooms and they did not refresh their page before thats the reason why I still could book it, but they just realized it when I arrived. In my opinion this is a bad service because I did not take any other offers in the area around plus took a taxi to this address and ended not receiving my room at all.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel im historischen Zentrum, mit großen Zimmern. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in eines der Zimmer mit Balkon.

Comodo y tranquilo

El hospedaje esta bastante bien, cerca de la plaza de armas, personal amable, comodo. Solo un detalle, el estacionamiento no es propio y esta a la vuelta del hotel, el dueño del estacionamiento (con un pésimo carácter) cobra adicional alegando que el estacionamiento para el hotel solo es para la noche. (yo llegué a las 13:40 aprox), esto debe ser advertido al cliente.

Excelente ubicacion y comodidad

EL hotel es muy acogedor, las habitaciones impecables, todo nuevo y cuidan mucho el tema de la imagen. La atención excelente y sobretodo esta muy bien ubicado(a unas dos cuadras de la plaza de armas). El unico detalle es que al realizar la reserva en el anuncio no especificaba que el parqueo era gratis solo de 7pm a 8 am, por lo cual tuvimos un percance que se pudo solucionar sin mayores inconvenientes.
