"I stay here almost exclusively on my annual visits to Key West. Staff is always super helpful, courteous & polite. The "Venetian" pool is so impressive with its design & the shell fountains, plus the surrounding outdoor bar & breakfast buffet area is has a super local/island feel. The rooms are always in great condition, very clean & well stocked. I love how the hotel is elevated so there are so many parking spots underneath to provide cover. The continental breakfast is fantastic! I'll be back...

"Property is beautiful, has lots of games on site, room was renovated, clean, and spacious; hotel has shuttle to and from the resort. Shuttle drivers are amazingly fun and helpful with tips! Staff is friendly and cordial, and we were served champagne at arrival!"
