"Pros: The staff are excellent! Everyone, front desk, bartender, cleaning lady, all went out of their way over and above to be helpful. Best staff ever. The property is lovely, with beautiful landscaping throughout. Cons: The place is old and the rooms show it. Fixtures are very dated and our room had an old and tired feel. Old air conditioner, old bathroom fixtures. Nothing particularly nice. Worst is the walls are paper thin. We were kept up late by our neighbors having loud sex, and woken up early (at 6:30!) by construction. Don't even think of staying here without quality ear plugs. The breakfast is quite below average. There is no hot protein, just the usual sweet carbs. Every cheap two-star hotel these days has a hot plate with scrambled eggs and sausage, or something. Why would a place like this be so stingy? Overall: Despite the amazing people working here, we would not go back."

"Unfortunately our stay was not so good . We have stayed here many times but not for around 10 years and it was a nostalgia trip for us . But when you can’t get by the pool or enjoy sunset pier because of a wedding it’s a shame. Surely all guests should be able to get the full experience! Or be warned ahead of time when it’s among part of the stay "

"Great location just off the center of Duval Street. Loved the free water and free parking. Breakfast was ok. Considering how close we were to the nightlife, it was only loud one nught for a short time"

"We loved Pier House. We chose the Spa Junior Suite. It was a beautiful room and really spacious. Janine and Ollie/Olga were fabulous and so wonderful day and night at the outdoor bar, for drinks and food. Location, location, location Pier House is it. The beach is small, but in the Keys, its a miracle to find a hotel with its own private beach. We will come back and this is where we will stay."

"A little piece of paradise, steps away from bustling activities in Duval street. Rooms were spacious and clean. Continental breakfast served on outdoor deck amongst beautiful shrubbery. Checkin and out very easy process. I look forward to returning again. 💯 rating"

"I questioned this property when we booked but everything was a 5 star. The property was clean safe and it a great area. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The breakfast was good and the happy hour was very good with nice wines that wernt cheap. The staff was great and always willing to help. They had bikes and golf carts to rent. The Lfyt/Uber ride is only 10 minutes to and from the airport. A car is not necessary to rent. We will be staying there again next year. "
