"We had a wonderful stay at Riki Balance Hotel and felt it offered great value, especially for a lake view room. The hotel is one of the highest in the area, which means the lake views are completely unobstructed. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. Our kids had an amazing time with the pools and waterslide, which were definitely highlights of the trip. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. A special thank you to Surya at the breakfast station. He was incredibly friendly and helpful when preparing custom omelets and waffles each morning. His warm service made our breakfasts even more enjoyable, and we hope to return someday and see him again. Overall, a fantastic stay with stunning views, family friendly amenities, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return."

"This hotel has a wonderful location and lovely views. The staff were great especially the gentleman who sorted our balcony issue. We use our balcony and the room only had a mini one so he arranged a different room. It made our trip. Thank you. The food in the bar is excellent. Bled is such a special place."

"The reception staff were ext good. They helped us sort out two hire cars and routes to where we wanted to visit. Organised for both cars to be delivered and include their 10% discount. All staff were attentive, vibrant and helpful. The benefit of the laundry and the vending machines with travel essentials was also a great addition. We had a great stay. "Small boutique hotel. 12 good sized rooms per floor, three floors. Clean, modern hotel. Serves breakfast but no restaurant. No restaurants adjacent. Staff very nice and spoke perfect English. Air conditioner in my room clunked like it was a hundred years old. Impossible to sleep with it turned on. Only solution offered was to open window, which admittedly worked as the evenings cooled off."

"located very close to the center of the main area and convenient to the lake shore, restaurants and grocery while keep off the busy main road. The hotel has e-bikes ready for rent which is very convenient. Top floor has amazing view to the lake and castle😍. Only shame is the elevator only goes up to a floor bellow top one. You need to carry all your luggage one level up😓"
