"We recently stayed at The Langham, Hong Kong, and were thoroughly impressed by both the exceptional service and the unbeatable location. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Every team member we encountered — from the front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping staff — was professional, warm, and eager to assist. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the tone for an enjoyable stay. The hotel's location is another standout feature. Situated right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, The Langham is just steps away from Harbour City, luxury boutiques, the Star Ferry, and the beautiful Victoria Harbour promenade. It’s incredibly convenient whether you’re in Hong Kong for shopping, dining, sightseeing, or business. The location is reasonably close to the TST MTR station and easily accessible via the underground pedway system. The pool on the 15th floor was also a welcome relief for the hot, humid summer days. Overall, The Langham combines classic elegance with impeccable service and a prime location. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Hong Kong, and would consider staying here again next time in Hong Kong."

"My family and I stayed at Regal Kowloon from June 26-July 4, 2025. This was my return to Hong Kong after many years and it was lovely to visit my 2nd home again. I would like to share a few of my experiences: 1) Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable, making a great night's sleep for me and my children. Housekeeper Ah WONG was very pleasant and always greeted us in the morning on our way to breakfast. 2) Front Desk staff were very courteous: WILLIAM and ASLAN provided helpful information about my stay. Duty Manager KING WONG was kind to approve our late checkout request. You have a good Front Desk team, Maureen - much appreciated! 3) We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, thanks to Paggy and the crew! The variety of food was fresh and scrumptious. I was impressed with the turnaround of the table after one guest leaves and the the table is ready for the next guest on busy mornings. 4) EMA in Club Lounge took good care of us as we relaxed and enjoyed our drinks, snacks and the massage chair :-) 5) Thank you Concierge MICHAEL & DAISY for storing our luggage while we were out and waited for our ride. 6) The hotel's location was conveniently located near Victoria Harbour and the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. It is also a walking distance of many shops, restaurants and the metro station. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "The stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located. We departed a cruise ship and were able to walk with our luggage. The staff was readily available and answered any questions we had. They brought ice to our room immediately upon request! The bed was comfortable, and the room and bath were spacious and very clean! It was a great stay!"
