Great accommodation clean air, good restaurants and supplies on ground floor. Prepare to use transit with hkd to make things affordable, otherwise you'll end up walking more than you're able. Prioritize finding a good exchange rate because the ones at the airport are not ok.

The services are very prompt, if you need something, give front desk a call, and they respond very quickly The transportation from the hotel is very easy, there are 2 mini buses that takes to Tsing Yi, or Kwai Fong station, both about 10 minutes, be aware of a longer line during morning commute hours because the residents in the apartments next to the hotel take the same bus The underground mall has the basic to get a quick meal or basic essentials, no need to go far The laundry service is quite good, it goes by weight, not by item, and is not so different if they take it yourself to a wash and fold service, so we used it regularly

I stayed a few days last year and only one night this time. It is tucked away and hard to find. The location is not great unless you are familiar with the HK bus, mini bus, metro system. The price was about 1/3 of hotel at HK international airport. A32 or NA 32 will take you to Ching tao house stop and 5 more minute to the hotel. It is close to Disney HK also. No thrill, not even a restaurant,, but a 7/11 is within walking distance.
