"Staff are very helpful. We asked for a transformer because of different voltage in HK, they gave us a big and heavy one which worked but hard to carry around. So we told them that we left the transformer at the room so they can pick it up from there after we checked out. Also the cleaner was very understanding. We came back before the end of the day and she told us that she didn't clean our room yet. So after 5 mins, she came over, changed our bedding and dumped the garbage, checked the supplies...

"This is not my first stay here. In fact, I choose this hotel every time I visit Hong Kong. The service has always been consistently excellent. The front desk staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The airport shuttle service is convenient and reliable, making travel much easier. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Every stay has been a pleasant experience, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended!"

"It's a good property, clean room & modern. Like the location, 5 -10 min walking to Shek Mun MTR. We like & used the frequent shuttle buses taking guests to nearby train station and New Shatin Plaza. All staff (including the shuttle bus drivers) are very nice and provide good services. We'll stay in Alva Hotel again and recommend to friends."

"We have two weeks stays in this hotel in May and they provide convenient shuttle to subway station, and also airport bus station nearby hotel only 5 mins walk, friendly staffs and clean area surrounding every corner, the laundry facilities are so convenient with iron board provided and breakfast buffet sometimes with tours have to wait for a while, overall is great, will book again"

"The Auberge Hotel is a very nice hotel with comfortable beds, fantastic views of the mountains, the bay and on a clear day you can see all the way to central city. I however found the front desk unhelpful and unprepared at times. From check in, room change to checkout. I am familiar with Discovery Bay but at points had questions about transportation and it was met with subpar information. I had questions about dining and there was no clear answer on I my simple question on breakfast times....
