"The Reception is dark. At night not much light. The Booking Clerk had to use the torch on his phone to show us sight seeing places in a map. The breakfast is very basic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. "

"We stayed there for six nights, location is exceptional. The room is spacious. There are not many amenities and we only used the laundry room and the water machine on 3/f. There are stains on the carpet of our room, in terms of housekeeping only towels were changed."

"Great location. Less than 5 minutes walk from Tin Hau MTR station so it’s really convenient for the main sights. Less than 20 minute walk to Causeway Bay. We had the executive room which includes a microwave and tap and sink, but note that NO plates or cutlery are provided, only 2 small teacups, 2 tall glasses and 2 teaspoons (whereas the hotel photos seem to imply they provide basic kitchenette facilities).
