"Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help."

"Excellent location, clean and serene rooms. The rooms facing the mountains felt like a nice retreat from the concrete jungle. Buffet breakfast is a good value with great food (compared to US standards). Big pool but no hot tub, but the gym is overall very nice. Stay here! "

"This hotel is in a great location. It is close to trains, buses, ferries and the central area. There are a lot of walkable areas with shops and restaurants and markets to explore. The hotel itself is small but has restaurants and a bar. I did eat breakfast there one morning and it was good. I would say the staff are not too friendly and semi helpful if you ask them questions about the area. The room was very clean and although smallish it had everything you needed.
