"I did not arrive until after midnight. It was disappointing that the shuttle stops running at 11:40 but that seems to be the case and all of the hotels that have a free airport shuttle. There was a long wait for the taxi and it cost HK$100 which was less than $15 USD. The taxis do not take credit cards and so I had to walk back into the building and use a cash machine.The staff at the hotel,welcomed me to the hotel and my room was spotless and comfortable. After 24 hours of travel, I slept well. The breakfast buffet was a good value."

"What a fabulous hotel, meticulously kept and very professional. Check in was delightful and in entering our room, it was stunning. We had the harbour view with balcony. We paid a little extra for the party package and that certainly was worthwhile. Excellent amenities with that lovely Disney feel. Room service was amazing so we decided to have this every night! Our five day stay could not be faulted. A special thank you to the staff who arranged my hospital trip for my eye early morning - they certainly go the extra mile at this hotel.
