"Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help."

"Airport shuttle is convenient and punctual. Only spent a night here so didn't get a chance to explore. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and spread of the breakfast at the hotel, highly recommend it."

However, we do find out hotel practice last minute low price policy, where our booking was 30% more expensive than when it is booked closer date.. We feel were punished for securing early booking.. "Room is dated however in general clean. We had to change rooms twice due to the cigarette smell in some of the room. Staff was very helpful and tried to fulfill request at their best. Hotel had so much potential with a facility upgrade eg furniture absorbing cigarette smells and water pipes with better water pressure in the shower. The water pressure in the bathroom sink had better pressure than the shower head. Great shuttle bus service and bus stop to tsuen wan is right opposite hotel. Close...
